Team 1 Team 2 Team 3 • Year calendar/day calendar (non-Agrarian calendar) • Specific “specialized” service programs: i.e. 2e lab • Greater exploration/experience with other models: Expeditionary Learning, Service Learning, Mentorships • Neighborhood schools – creating “identity” implementing innovation • Build out to community to expand “classroom” • Documenting “mastery”, and moving learners “beyond” • Defining/understanding school strengths and culture • Shut down/Turn around • Open-minded culture • Request for proposal • Building sharing • Cross-district utilization of teacher-researcher/Master teacher expertise • Site based management • Student-centered funding
