1. 1 3 Wasting Medication • Touch Return Tab • Choose patient • Touch Return/Waste button • Select medication • Enter Waste Quantity • Touch “OK” on confirm screen • If required have witness use “user id & password or bio id” • Choose how medication was wasted • If required enter reason for waste • Finish by touching “OK” 2 4 5 6

4. 1 2 Generating Reports • Choose Admin Tab • Choose Reports • Choose a report you would like to generate • Touch generate • Touch “OK” button • Select destination “default printer” • Touch “OK” button • Touch cancel twice to return to Admin tab 4 3 5

5. Scenario: Two medications to be dispensed from same drawer • 1st medication located in pocket 2 of cabinet 1, drawer 2 • 2nd medication location does not display • To access 2nd medication select open drawer and location will display

Resolving A Discrepancy 1 • Choose Discrepancy • Choose Discrepancy to be resolved • Click Resolve • Choose discrepancy • If required have witness use “user id & password or bio id” • Choose or type in reason for discrepancy • Select responsible person (optional not required) • Choose Finished 3 2 4
