ASCOM - NATIONAL SECTOR Policy formulation and related activities of the Commission concerning departments, regions, bureaus, and offices of the National Government. ASCOM - LOCAL SECTOR Policy formulation and related activities of the Commission concerning local government units. ASCOM - CORPORATE SECTOR Policy formulation and related activities of the Commission concerning Government-Owned and/or-Controlled Corporations and self governing boards, commission, or agencies of the government. ASCOM - TECHNICAL SUPPORT Policy formulation and related activities of the Commission concerning engineering, information technology, and legal matters, among others. ASCOM - INTERNAL AFFAIRS Policy formulation and related activities of the Commission concerning property, management, financial, personnel and administrative matters, among others. ASCOM - REGIONAL OPERATIONS Policy formulation and related activities of the Commission concerning auditing and other matters relative to the functions exercised by the COA regional offices. DEPARTMENT LEGISLATIVE LIAISON OFFICER Policy formulation as gathered from observations on goings-on at Malacañang and at the regular sessions and committee meetings in Congress; monitoring and evaluation of proposed and pending bills pertinent to the functions and mandate of COA.
