  5. Observation 1: Continuation of the current TFG would be acceptance of a failure (From UNSC presentation 2009).

  6. Observation 2: The policy of not speaking to Al Shabaab is only making situation worse (From UNSCpresentation 2009).

  7. Observation 3: Without some discipline and coordinated action international community will derail all peace efforts (From UNSC presentation 2009).
