Fruit of the Earth Tea - Recipes “Fruit of the Earth” (FOTE) Spicy Treat Ingredients (2 cups)FOTE Tea leaves – 1 1/2 teaspoonsMilk – 150 mlWater – 150 mlClove, cardamom – 2-3 pcs eachCinnamon – 1/2 a stickGinger – 1/2 teaspoonSugar – to taste ProcedureBoil the milk and water together for a few minutes. Add the spices and tea leaves and boil some more. Strain into a cup and add sugar to taste.

Add sugar syrup and lemon juice / lime cordial.Pour the orange juice and top it up with tea liquor. Do not stir. Garnish with an orange slice and serve immediately.

Add some ice cubes and blend well. Pour the drink into a tall glass and carefully top it with tea liquor. Garnish with a lemon slice, cherry and mint leaves and serve immediately.
