  2. Salwar kameez is one of the traditional dresses in India but mostly worn by the punjabis. This dress was introduced during the mughal times but now it is the most famous outfit in fashion houses. It is widely believed that Anarkali salwar kameez was originally designed in Afganistan and then exported to India.

She was very beautiful but as she was taken as a slave in the Mughal mahal, Akbar did not agree with the relationship of Salim and Anarkali and buried her alive behind the wall.
