The resume should capture all relevant experience and list the duties working within that occupation and/or position… We will also require proof of any qualifications listed. These are typically safety type training certificates but some may be for equipment operation. As many of these expire, ensure that what is sent is current. To capture a summary of what competency is, provide a resume, curriculum vitae or letter of experience on company letterhead, listing only information relevant to what you do for the company. Example: If we hire you for carpentry, list all carpentry background and not the PhD in astrophysics while working for the Canadian Space Agency. 7. Warning! If you check a box and the documents required are not present, the file will be returned to you without being further processed and the approval will be delayed. At this point, if there was a particular proposal you were responding to, just cite the proposal here and check “Yes”. Set the date on it for when you are submitting it… (The date is set as Day/Month/Year) So what is left to do? …identify both the senior representative from your company and the safety representative and note their contact information… Next, ensure that you have all the applicable documents assembled and check the boxes as a verification.
