  1. According to our standing rules, the EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE consists of our elected positions. All of these positions count toward quorum. If a position is shared by two people, each person gets a vote and is counted separately for quorum.

  2. According to our standing rules, the BOARD OF DIRECTORS consists of the EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE plus CHAIRPERSONS of STANDING COMMITTEES. All of these positions count toward quorum.

  3. According to our standing rules, STANDING COMMITTEE CHAIRPERSONS are appointed by the PRESIDENT, with BOARD OF DIRECTORS approval. A STANDING COMMITTEE is an ongoing committee with important year-round business, and a standing committee should have a chairperson who is willing and able to attend BOARD OF DIRECTORS meetings.

  4. The BOARD OF DIRECTORS consists of 10 members. Quorum is more than 50%; in this case, quorum is 6 members. When board positions are vacant, quorum consists of more than 50% of the filled positions.
