Project Objectives • Have homeowner Committee to address two entrances to Hidden Springs Ranch Estates • Churchill Downs Drive and Santa Anita Entrance • Bay Meadows and Rosemont Road Entrance • Measure space to be landscaped and apply to template from 7 Dee’s • Identify potential ideas for plantings and layout (Preliminary Design) • Review Preliminary Design ideas with 7 Dee’s architect • Finalize design and plant selections • Purchase materials • Have FPL plant materials at Committee’s direction
