Pupil’s Particulars Form • Get parents to check your particulars especially their CONTACT NUMBER AND EMAIL. • Any changes are to be made in red. • Remember to fill in details about any medication, allergies etc. • Add in the following: • T-shirt size • Transport home (i.e. Car, Public Bus, School Bus number, Walk) • Return by tomorrow.

  11. P5 Bonding Camp • 27, 28, 29 January 2014 (Monday-Wednesday) • Just before CNY \(^v^)/ • Compulsory overnight camp outside school • Design of Camp T-shirt • More details will be provided when the consent form is distributed

  12. Temperature-taking • Digital thermometer check tomorrow, Friday, 3 January 2014. • Buy a new one if it is spoilt or replace the batteries if the power is low. • Temperature-taking exercise on Tuesday, 7 January 2014.

  13. Remedial • Please take note that this year, there is a change in remedial timings. • As there is a compulsory MT workshop for the P5 girls, MT remedial will take place from 1.45 pm – 2.45 pm on Thursdays. • Math remedial will take place from 2.45 pm – 3.45 pm.

  14. Change in Examination Weightage • Please take note that this year, there is a change in examination structure and weightage. • There will be NO CA1. • Refer to your Student Handbook for the weightage.
