In an amateur sporting world dominated by paper forms and complex merchant account setups, we knew we had to design a solution that was simple for both organizations and players. We began by designing a governing-body level payment collection system that collects funds from all players in participating clubs and distributes them automatically via Electronic Fund Transfers. This reduces the large costs involved with procuring individual merchant accounts for each club, while ensuring that all of the clubs and the governing body receive their funds quickly. We then built an online registration portal that allows players and team officials to quickly and easily register and pay to participate in the sport. With 24/7/365 availability, players and team officials can now register at their convenience, without having to stand in line.

Booking facilities and programs while collecting resident’s fees…it’s all in a day’s work when it comes to managing communities. All that’s needed is a system that enables that work to occur simply and efficiently. This is where Community Central comes in. By collaborating with one of the world’s largest residential community builders, Ivrnet has built the ultimate community management system: one that enables the online scheduling and booking of programs and facilities and collects resident’s fees, all with automatic payment distribution to the community. It even works with ID card readers and tracks entry/exit statistics. The end result is a product that manages every aspect of a community and is accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
