IoT Pilot Project Challenges Delivered Solution • Multiple domain network from existing controller (Multiple brand) and instrument which are required to be integrated with cloud. • Format conversion to be recognized by Cloud • Data buffering / time span to manage the traffic of the network • HMI and Controller data collection • IoT Gateway and Cloud Gateway include JSON formatting and MQTT protocol to be recognized by Azure • Cloud Resources deployment in Azure (IoT Hub, stream analytic, etc…) • Cloud Automation and database management • Network/domain management • Enterprise Dashboard with Power BI • Combining Operation Technology (OT) and Information Technology (IT) domain expertise to optimize operations and maintenance. • Acceptance Certificate – IoT Platform Pilot Project by Rockwell Automation • Next Project: SEA and Europe – 2018 RESULTS
