  3. Picnic (1955) In 1957 James Vicary experimented by flashing the words… “Hungry? Eat Popcorn” “Drink Coca Cola” Every 5 seconds in a single frame of film. Vicary claimed that drink sales increased by 18.1% and Popcorn increased by impressive 57.8%

  4. How Does It Works A single image on one frame of film would last 1/24 of a second. Only your subconscious would see it. * Film – 24 fps * TV – 30 fps * Games – Up to 60 fps (Frames per second)

  8. 1999’s re-release of “The Rescuers” included something that wasn’t there before. Causing 3.4 million copies be recalled. 1994’s Laser Disc print of “Who Framed Roger Rabbit” Jessica Rabbit gave the camera a flash. Upon discovery of these subliminal images sales of these films sky-rocketed!

  13. When is Subliminal Messaging Used With Meaning? Has the ability to make you feel emotions that would not have been there with-out it. It can be apart of the story Advertising gimmick Get material past the MPAA(ratings board) that would prevent it from being seen.
