LOZAN ANTLAŞMASININ 58. MADDESİ yani türkiye, osmanlı hükümetince ıngiltere’ye ısmarlanmış olup, britanya hükümetince 1914 yılında haksız ve hukuksuz bir şekilde el konulan savaş gemileri için ödenmiş bulunan paranın geri verilmesini, ne britanya hükümetinden, nede onun uyruklarından istemeyi kabul ve bu konuda her türlü isteklerden vazgeçer. (ıstenilmesinden vazgeçilen para bugünkü bütçe açığımızı kapatacak kadar büyük bir meblağdır.)
