  2. 質問1.2006年1月初版の石川・辻本「改定増補　危機管理　99」春風社刊が　99の危機管理をあげ、まえがきで本書が1999年発行の「生き抜く　危機管理69のシミュレーション）の増補版であるとしている。しかし、”Risk and Crisis Management 101 Cases（Revised edition)”, World Scientific 2009は 2ケース追加されて101ケースとなっている。追加されたケースは，27四川大地震(Great Sichuan Earth)（2008年5月12）と101のHow Compliance should be considered:Organizations that Comply with Laws and Regulations While Satisfying Ethical Requirements Considering Autopoietic Theory （2007年5月5日）である。ここでは、大阪のエキスポランドでのコースターの脱線事故で死傷者がで、その後エキスポランドは破産、元役員は有罪判決を受けた。(2009年10月14日）、それにもかかわらず、今度は東京の後楽園でコースターの脱線死亡事故が発生。（2011年1月30日） 　　どうして繰り返すのか　？
