Group Task: Create a mood board for Lord Kenyon.

  2. Think about….What will you put on your mood board? Different hat designs. Colours the wearer might choose. Patterns you might use. Will your hat have a theme? Aboriginal patterns African textile designs Welsh colours and symbols Pop Art style When will the hat be worn? Will it be a formal or casual style?

Group Task: Design your hat for Lord Kenyon.Remember to use your mood board to develop your ideas. • Step One • Make detailed design drawings of your hat. • Talk about your ideas and create a group design • Step Three • Clearly explain your design choices to the group. • Listen to their comments • Review and modify your group design. • Step Two • Present your group design to another group • Step Four • Present your finished hat design to the class.
