  2. 52 persons: Families ( single parents & children) – 25 people Single Women – 10 people Single Men- 15 people Persons with disability- 2 people Preferably each floor should contain 12²m per person ( which include common areas and private rooms). Suitable size for a Center

  3. An area which is central especially next to the public services like : Public schools, doctors, supermarkets etc. • Most of the mentioned examples preferably should be all in walking distance from the centre or with suitable public transport in the area. the perfect location walking distance

  4. It is a virtue to take in account asylum seekers special needs • Suitable adjustments to the facility for wheel chairs. • Ground floor rooms for asylum seekers who cannot access the stairs. • Wi-Fi system and computer rooms for important information. • Public telephones (Near main gate area). Special needs

  5. Families • Single adult men • People with physical disability • Single adult women Specific groups

  6. Single women / Single men should share both kitchen and bathroom as long as the minimum capacity is 3-5 person. Every family should have private kitchen and bathroom. Privacy for asylum seekers

  7. Sport Hall for all leisure activities Offices Conference room Child care Storage room to share Fields/ Gardens Laundry Telephone boots Picnic areas Facilities in the center

  8. Super markets Schools Public library Post office Swimming pool Bank Bus terminal Distance : Walking distance or public transport (30min) Facilities outside of the center

  9. Security guard 24 hours . Security cameras with main gates ,main doors and outside areas. On-call staff. Security

  10. As much as possible clients should be placed according to their origins . Culture and all that comes with it.

  11. Nurse Jurist The above should all be provided with separate offices for privacy. NB Translators can be flexible according to appointments. Organizations and facilities needed within the center

  12. In case of influx, all rooms are flexible according to the needs of the center. The rooms are designed for 3 persons, but these can be used for maximum of 5 persons. The common rooms can also be used in case of influx. Flexibility

  13. To provide all the basic needs for all the specific groups according to the UN Convention and The Directive of the minimum standards on reception of asylum seekers. Sustainable concept
