  2. Letter from VFRFC Chairman Dear Fellow Rugby Enthusiast, It is with great pleasure that I welcome you to Valley Fort Rugby Football Club’s Mini Rugby Festival 2012. For the 3rd time Valley Fort will organize its mini-Rugby festival. We have given ourselves the challenge to do better than we did last year in providing a well-organized and enjoyable day for children and parents. Because Mini- Rugby in Hong Kong has become extremely popular we have had to let our U12 Girls and Girls to play in Happy Valley so that we could accommodate the 247 teams that will be attending, allowing us to provide more playing time and space for the older age groups.. Today’s program includes 276 teams from 17 different clubs representing around 3,000 young Rugby Players. An immense list of people from inside and outside the club have helped with the organization of this event and we are grateful for every contribution, however large or small, thank you all.
