  4. Concrete Bollards Installed

  5. Fence Post Installation by R&R Fencing Started Jaunary 23, 2013

  6. Installation of Rail Fencing by Brooks Welding Family Owned and Operated company Brooks Welding installation of the railing was flawless. Installation Date: 03-19-2013

  7. Continuation of Rail and Gate Installation Installation Completed 5-2-2013

  8. Painting of Fence Painting provided by community service volunteers Special Thanks Centre County Probation Office

  9. Project Completed 05-29-2013
