  6. Economics • Violent video games cost about $50 to $70. The Supreme Court recently overturned a California ban on violent video games the court said that video games even offensive ones were protected by the first amendment and that wasn’t clear evidence that playing violent video games such as Grand Theft Auto postal really harmed people. History has shown that violent video games have been here since the 1967

  7. Core Democratic Value • I would have to pick the common good because its for there benefit for the kids not to play violent video games.

  8. My Research • My research shows that some states they banned violent video games like California. They are also thinking of stop making violent video games for the benefit of the kids.

  9. Taking a stand • I think kids should stop playing violent video games so kids shouldn’t think killing, shooting, swearing is okay. Also some 4th and 5th graders are on my side. Violent video games are the most expensive and they pay about $50 to $70 dollars. Research had also shown that kids will have to stop playing violent video games cause soon they're going to ban them in Michigan like they did in California.
