Criteria for Medical Faculty • must support collaboration of users connected to both low speed & high speed networks • must support collaboration of users using their existing desktop and laptop platforms (Windows, OS X, Linux) • must support video, audio, document/desktop sharing • must support collaboration of users using computer-based VoIP platforms and users using traditional (POTS) phones • must provide a user interface that is familiar, intuitive, and easy to use • NOTE: steep learning curve disqualifies tool!
