Purpose of Study • Memahami konsep dasar dan ruang lingkup MSDM serta berbagai macam fungsi MSDM antara lain perencanaan MSDM, analisis dan desain pekerjaan, penarikan dan seleksi karyawan, pelatihan dan pengembangan, pengembangan karier, penilaian prestasi kerja, evaluasi pekerjaan, kompensasi upah dan insentif. • MK ini mempelajari fungsi operasional MSDM, meliputi pengadaan, pengembangan, pemeliharaan, kompensasi, integrasi dan pemutusan hubungan kerja.
