  2. School Priorities Priority 1a To continue to raise standards, through accelerating pupils’ progress, in the core subjects and in the Foundation Stage maths, language and creative strands

  4. Priority 1b Improve the quality of all teaching to the level of the best, by ensuring that: work is consistently well matched to pupils’ differing needs; staff enable pupils’ learning to progress rapidly at all times

  5. Ensuring good teaching • Currently all teacher at HPS judged as at least good • Maintaining and improving the standards of teaching

  6. Monitoring and supporting • Monitoring calendar • Broad range of monitoring • Pupil tracking and class intervention • Intervention groups

  7. Priority 2 To develop pupil voice and pupils’ involvement in making decisions which can affect the life of the school

  8. Priority 3 To review and reshape the curriculum to develop a structure which organises learning experiences to develop skills and knowledge as pupils move through the school, and maximises links between subjects.
