Enrollment improvements • New client enrollment transaction: Agents enrollment of Client (unknown or “initiated” state) transforms Client account state to “Pending” • In addition to existing transaction: Admin changing a client account state from “Pending” to “Open” • When enrolling using USSD, the client’s language can be selected
