House Colours In the last House assembly you were given badges to show what House you are part of. Although they are only a small plastic disks they represent your form, your tutor, Head of House and 6th form House captains. They help show people that you belong to something special and represent your identity
What has changed? • Have you walked round school saying Hi to people in different years because you noticed their badge? • Have you taken part in a new event or House competition? • Have you thought about a common goal, for example fundraising, and the impact a large group can have to changes the lives of others?

To think about… • What groups are you part of? • How do you ensure you are a positive influence in each group you belong to? • How can a sense of belonging emerge from connections with people, places, groups, communities and the larger world?
Do not give your badge to anyone else. Be proud of your House, your identity. • You will not be able to take part in House events if you are not wearing your badge. • If you loose your badge, Ms Jefferies in pastoral will give you a replacement for 50p Be part of something special – Be proud of your House identity.
