  3. In today’s world we can do much with the power of relations. (CBiz: Companies, contacts and Consultants). Relation is based on two things Timing (Candidate said to call after one year.) (CBiz: Scheduling) Need (Recruiter calling after one year.) (CBiz: QNotes)

  4. What is the value of an executable file?

  5. No value other than the decided business logic. If you want even a minute change then you have to rush to the developer. (CBiz: We have a brilliant idea .XML files)

  6. What is the value added feature called customization?

  7. I am a Director/Manager/Recruiter; can I design my own application? Then go for .NET Training, learn programming and then do it. (CBiz: Just click on customization option)

  8. How does the dashboard play the role of a Manager?

  9. Is your manager’s work to keep a watch on the Recruiters? Then when can he/she do his/her work? (CBiz: Dashboard can drive the Recruiters)

  15. Remotely host the database and every one connects to it. If the internet connection is slow then they won’t able to do their work. (CBiz: SQL Replication)

  17. Each portal contains vast amounts of data, with no meaningful ...JUNK. Searches will take a lot of time and effort, and you may not be able to get the right data... (CBiz: We have complete control on the data entering in to our database.)

  19. Not much, I have to go to a week end course. ( CBiz: Internet works on port number: 80 Emails works on port number: 25 SQL default port number: 1433 We can change it to other but need to change in the TCP and FireWall. )

  21. We spend much time in searching for the data in our computer, sometimes even we use google desktop to do our work. (CBiz: let’s store the data in the database; it will store it in a structured manner.)

  22. How is a Machine better than Man?

  23. For me it takes hours to find a matching resume for a requirement in a pool of resumes. (CBiz: AdvanceFind will do it in less than half a second)

  24. Why is hard coding cumbersome?

  25. One cannot easily wipe out the names written on the stones. Let us use the white marker board to rewrite many times. (CBiz: One can change the captions as they like.)
