  3. The Diagram for Goal Realization Just an example of a flow chart: Here you can combine a block diagram/pictures of your project with the text – we will know quickly what are the caveats and how they are being addressed.

  4. Overview Diagram for Target Objective All boxes must have action verbs. This slide would give more detailed info on your problems stated in the previous slides to reach your goal. Here you can also say specifically in words what is your T.O.

The previous slide was focused on Goal Analysis Here are some comments: • The previous slide should have time scale marked on each block so we will know what will be done when. • Then you can go to specific tasks in this flowchart to show • what has been done already. • what is missing • did you have to introduce any modification& changes in design and/or analysis • Things in all boxes must be measurable and observable. • Task analysis (the things that YOU do to achieve each box) will be included in written report • So the previous slide should be repeated with modifications to focus on selected parts to show the progress of your project. Spend most of your time on such recurring slides. • That means that each person will have only 2 slides (#1&#2) the same. All others will be adjusted to the actual status/stage of the project.

Another comment Test Plan • Information from the boxes in list form. • Should include person in charge of each item and target completion date. • Test plan items should be objectives in complete sentences. (see ADDIE slides) • specific • measureable and observable • Don’t spend too much time on this. Just show that you have it and that all work has been assigned and scheduled. • Since it is a progress report you can only use the future steps not the previous ones.
