  14. Impact of Automated Documents • Legal aid and court developers in 32 states, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, Canada and Australia use A2J Author. • Over 600 A2J Guided Interviews are actively used by the public. • In 2011 over 217,000 documents were assembled using A2J Guided Interviews. D
