Loss of Control OST tasked FCSG to look into the LoC accidents for any improvement needed to subpart N. FCSG after review of the accidents summaries found that no modification to subpart N was required to reduce the risk of LoC
JAROPS and LoC The training improvements needed to reduce the risk of Loss of Control must be implemented as a result of: • JAROPS 1.037 • Appendix 1 to 1.965 §(a)(1)(i)(C) and (A)(2)(i)

Appendix 1 to 1.965 (1) Ground and refresher training (i) The ground and refresher training programme shall include … (C)Accident/Incident and occurrence review. (2) Aeroplane/[STD] training (i) The aeroplane/[STD] training programme shall be established such that all major failures of aeroplane systems and associated procedures will have been covered in the preceding 3 year period.
