Important Points to be Noted :- 1) It is always suggested to have a test session before start of the training. This will help you in understanding the working of Online Training and will also evaluate if any technical up gradation is required before actual training session starts. 2) Please note that you will be required a good quality headphone with microphone and high speed internet connectivity. For better audio quality and greater convenience, use a computer headset with a high-quality microphone, rather than speakers and a microphone. 3) Since Online trainings are completely web based and some technical issues can be expected , we request you to wait patiently if any such problem occurs during the session and our team will notify you with the updates. 4) We use Cisco WebEx as default application for Online trainings. Please share any of the following Chat IDs that can be used as back up in case we are not able to connect VIA Cisco WebEx at first instance. This will help us in sharing the updates and free flow of communication during the technical issues:- SKYPE ID/gTalk ID/ Yahoo Messenger ID 5) Your feedback is important to us, you are requested to share the feedbacks on time so that we can take the necessary action to serve you better. You will be receiving a mail from with a link to share your feedback. Kindly fill the same and submit your response. 6) It is always suggested to have two way interaction during the Distance Learning Sessions so that trainer and trainee can understand the requirements at each end properly. Please notify your queries immediately during the session to trainer so that he can take necessary action accordingly.

Ist Screen after sign in - Click on “yes” button to start the Voice Conference and your WebEx session.
IInd Screen – You will be asked to Unmute. Click on Unmute Button and you will be able to speak to your Instructor.
