  3. ★龙之九子的职业 《天禄识余·龙种》：“俗传龙子九种，各有所好，一曰赑屃，形似龟，好负重，今石碑下龟趺是也；二曰螭吻，形似曾，性好望，今屋上兽头是也；三曰蒲牢，形似龙而小，性好叫吼，今钟上级星也；四曰狴犴，似虎有威力，故立于狱门；五曰饕餮好饮食，故立于鼎盖；六曰蚣蝮，性好水，故立于桥柱；七曰睚眦，性好杀，故立于刀还；八曰金猊，形似狮，似好烟火，故立于香炉；九曰椒图，形似螺蚌，性好闭，故立于门铺。”

  4. ★我想说的几句话 我们不要放弃每一个孩子。 他（她）的未来是未知的。 孩子是有差异的，找到适合他（她）的教育方式。 教师的待遇低，教师的职业是良心活。 教育是一种等待，我们要学会耐心的等待。

  5. ★对自己的要求　　 一、爱字当头，严也是爱。　 二、尊重学生，相信学生。 三、终身备课，充实自己。 四、教学教研，并驾齐驱。 五、注重形象，提高修养。

  6. ★对学生的要求 1、课前认真预习，课堂认真听讲。 2、注重课后练习和课外阅读。 3、善于提问和交流。 4、注意探究适合自己的学习方法。 5、采用人人过关的制度。
