  3. Background For the reconstruction project of the Adam SchallResidence, The Campus Development Office of CUHK requires at least BEAM Plus Version 1.2 Gold rating for the new building. As a Beam Professional, this appendix is the support document for the “BEAM Plus v1.2 - Credit Summary – template” submitted. This appendix provides some solution for a platinum rating for the reconstruction.

  5. SITE LOCATION Site area is about 4500m2 Existing Building footprint is about 2000m2 Originally there is a car park located in the site. However, the Development Office of CUHK decided to demolish the car park to create outdoor facilities for the residents.
