Before an A-Tick label can be applied: Telecommunications Customer Equipment Compliance & Labelling • register with ACMA as a supplier • ensure compliance with mandatory standards • compile a compliance folder (in English) containing: • suppliers declaration of conformity • description of the item • proof of compliance with applicable standards
Proof of Compliance • test report from Recognised Testing Authority (RTA) • test report from non registered laboratory • written report from a Certification Body • evidence from a recognised overseas approval • or as allowed by TLN Telecommunications Customer Equipment Compliance & Labelling
