Product and Service Plan • Full Service Spa – Provides our customers with relaxation • Outdoor Pool – Gives families and individuals a way to “beat the heat” • Complimentary Continental Breakfast – A buffet style breakfast with made to order options to provide guests with a filling meal • Free, Secure Parking – Gives customers a reassuring feeling when leaving their vehicles on our properties • Two Large Conference Rooms along with Multiple Smaller Meeting Rooms – Gives our business professional clients the opportunity to meet with other business professionals • Event Catering – In case of special events, customers have the option of in house catering • Wedding Services – Gives customers an option to use the hotel for a wedding venue • Dry Cleaning/Laundry Service – Gives our customers the option to pack lighter • Air-Conditioning throughout Hotel – Cool rooms during the hot summer days • Picnic Area – Gives customers a place to eat and enjoy the outdoors • Patio – An area for our customers to sit out and enjoy the outdoors • Room Service – An option for our guests that don’t want to go out and get a meal • Elevators – A way for our guests to get to their rooms easier • Handicap Accessibility – To make our hotel more accessible to those with disabilities • WiFi – For our on-the-go guests to keep in contact whether with family, coworkers, of business partners. • Airport Transportation – For the guests who do not want to rent a car on their visit to Hilton Head

Product and Service Plan Cont’d • The National Business Travel Association predicts business travel will grow in 2013 • Social media is a promotional mix, and WiFi will allow our guests to stay in contact with peers. Guests also like to share photos of their vacations and often use social media to plan meetings. If we provide them with our conference and multifunction rooms and WiFi, this will keep our business growing. • Even though accessible tourism is not a new concept, it has only recently been brought to the forefront as tour operators, businesses, and destinations are beginning to take notice to the increasing demand for accessibility – according to the Sustainable Tourism Cooperative Research Centre in Australia some 88% of people with physical disabilities take a holiday each year. And with disabled American adults alone spending an average of $13.6 billion a year on travel, it goes to show that this is an important market to the tourism industry that should not be overlooked.
