  2. Objectives • To show people that his prices are affordable • That he would like a younger age group to come to his restaurant • That his food is great quality and fresh • That he is the only chef which keeps consistency

  3. Advantages: • fresh quality products • great customer service • consistency in the food • same chef every day, all day • Disadvantages: • Lack of parking • Small facility can’t accommodate large groups or live entertainment • Surrounded by fast food restaurant

  4. Industry Research Dining out is one of the top 3 tourist activities in Canada. 64% of restaurants are independently owned Stats Canada reports that Ontarians spend $38.93 eating at restaurants weekly.

Campaign Strategy 3Month Campaign May 21st- 28th : Weather Sponsorship& 30 Second commercials after weather Friday 9am, 4pm,5pm - People will listen for weather for the upcoming Victoria Day weekend and hear Nathaniel's sponsorship Liner: “Weather is brought to you by Nathaniel's Restaurant in Owen Sound. Heading up to the cottage? Then stop by for a mouth-watering steak at Nathaniel’s Restaurant. Located at 215 8th Street East.”

Sponsorship June 4th- 29th :Weather Sponsorships & 30 Second commercials after weather on Fridays at 9am, 4pm,5pm -listeners want nice weather, and then when they get it they can head to the beach or to the cottage and they’ll have Nathaniel’s in mind. Liner: “Weather is brought to you by Nathaniel's Restaurant in Owen Sound. If you’re heading to the cottage skip the fast food joints and come visit us for a fresh, affordable meal. Located at 215 8th street east.”

Contest July 2nd- 20th: Contest- 30 Second commercials Wednesdays(2), Thursdays (3)& Fridays(3) during Prime time and overnight Fridays, Saturdays & Sundays The contest will be a weekend getaway with nightly free dinners at Nathaniel’s Restaurant. -winner and up to three friends -cottage stay -food supplied for the cottage -pick up and return ride to and from the tri-cities

  9. Winner will be announced July 27th. Trip will be August 4th- 6th -Make a video telling us why YOU deserve to get away. -Upload the video to our Facebook page -Our listeners will watch your video and the one with the most votes/likes wins.
