  4. Thumb Tape Pinch the tape where it crosses the crease of the thumb Circle the thumb completely

  5. Thumb Tape Pinch again Overlap by about half tape width

  6. Thumb Tape End with one closure strip around the wrist Make sure that it is neat Check for tightness • capillary bed refill • numbness • cold or blue
