  2. Current Leader of Piraten • The current leader is Bern Schlomer. He won with a 66% majority.

  3. Current Leader of Alternativ • The current leader for the Alternativ Party is Bernd Lucke.

  4. When was were they founded? • The Piraten Partie was founded in September of 2006. In 2011, they successfully had enough votes to enter the four state parliaments. • The Alternativ Partie was founded in 1987 but in May 2013 they successfully had enough votes to be counted this year.
