Mashed Potatoes. Ingredients :. Preparation :. Peel & cut/dice the potatoes in sections . Place pieces in stock pot. Add water until it is 2” above the potatoes. Bring to boil, reduce heat slightly & cook until potatoes are tender. A fork should cut a chunk easily.

Mashed Potatoes Ingredients: Preparation: Peel & cut/dice the potatoes in sections. Place pieces in stock pot. Add water until it is 2” above the potatoes. Bring to boil, reduce heat slightly & cook until potatoes are tender. A fork should cut a chunk easily. Drain in colander & place back in pot. Use (masher) to mash & whip by hand. Gradually add milk and margarine to desired consistency. Add seasonings & or more milk & butter. Butter is LOVE! • 3-4Potatoes • ½ C Milk, Warmed (evaporated milk is best) • 2 oz Margarine (melt with the milk in a sauce pan or add on top) • Salt & Pepper to taste
