  3. Focus • Articulation between MS and HS to determine Essential Curriculum and Essential Outcomes • Create a General Map by Grade Level and Month for the topics covered • Create a more detailed map which includes Content, Skill and Assessment

  4. What do we want each student to learn? • Curriculum: • What should students know and be able to do? • What are the essential outcomes and essential questions that drive our curriculum? • How is this shaped in our units, grade levels and courses?

  5. What do we want each student to learn? • How will students learn the material best? • What is the most effective way to teach each standard or concept? • What strategies are valuable to help students learn the content? • How will we know when each student has learned it?

  6. What do we want each student to learn? • How will we respond when a student experiences difficulty learning?
