Feb 27th – May submit budget • March 8th – Budgets Due at 5pm • March 9th – March 17th – Spring Break • March 20th – Club Budget Presentations * • March 22nd – Club Budget Presentations • March 27th – Finance Meeting • April 3rd – No Finance • April 10th – Finance Meeting • April 15th – Preliminary Budgets • April 22nd – Budget Appeal Considerations • April 29th – Ratified Budgets!!   7. Clubs are not required to present, but it is highly encouraged • Presentations have no minimum time but have a 10 minute maximum • No A/V • If you have handouts please make 5 copies Club Presentations 15

  9. Sign up for a time to present in Student Programs and Leadership when you turn in your budget proposal • If you are absent during your presentation time WE WILL NOT CONTACT YOU and you ARE NO LONGER GUARANTEED an opportunity to present Presentations 17

  10. Finance may ask some questions about your budget presentation, but please feel free to ask us any questions pertaining to budgeting. Presentations 18
