  4. what if a schedule helped: Get you moving Promote cumulative study  Free your mind  Regulate daily living 

  5. and what if a schedule could positively : Make studying more tolerable  Keep you from overlooking recreation  Help raise your recreational efficiency * *keep work from bleeding into play and spoiling it…

  6. Or if a schedule could proactively : Prevent avoiding of disliked subjects  Preclude slacking-off Eliminate the wrong type of cramming Control the study break
