Lynn Outcomes FY11 Case Management: • Credit Repair: 139 (88%) of program participants improved credit scores. • Build Savings: 90 (80%) of program participants have saved at least three months worth of living expenses (38%) or are progressing toward goal (42%) • Increased Income: 37 (84%) of program participants Financial Education: • 160 completed financial education • 125 demonstrated intended outcomes (opened saving accounts, contributed to savings, repaired credit, lived within a budget etc.) Tax Preparation: • 750 tax returns were filed • $1,050,000 in Federal refunds (840K EITC) • 350 filers used direct deposit Educational and Vocational Planning • 36 enrolled in college classes and/or advance training programs • 22 placed into sustainable employment opportunities Other Services Include: GED, ESOL, Housing Assistance and Individual Development Accounts
