General Information • Contract for the Division of Maintenance Pavement Program • Contract amount is $3.5 million • Contract term is 3 years
Description of Required Services • Perform consultation, investigation, and a full range of pavement engineering and pavement material services. • Provide professional engineering work in the area of pavement rehabilitation, preservation, recycling and reclamation, and/or pavement evaluations. • Perform incidental work associated with construction materials control, independent assurance program, and pavement testing.
Summary of Personnel Requirements The Consultant must obtain the Caltrans Contract Manager’s approval prior to changing engineering staff and/or work products.
Conflict of Interest • The Consultant shall not bid on any construction contract or on any Agreement to provide construction inspection for any construction project resulting from this Agreement. • All deliverables produced by the Consultant shall be free of any conflict of interest. • The Consultant shall not receive compensation for the deliverables containing conflict of interest.
