  5. 灵活性学时构成（共11项） 成都市教师专业发展导师工作站学时 各类继续教育专题讲座或研讨会 参加高中考命题、阅卷及试卷分析会议 师德修养，可计5学时 发表论文或经验文章 职业技能训练，可计15-35学时 参与课题研究 教学研修活动 参加学术研讨会提交论文、教育教学类经验文章交流 公开课 各类教育教学竞赛活动（不计规培学时的）
