  9. MovingMechanism • Elastic mechanism winds axle • Attach one end of the rubber band to a hook • Attach the other end of the rubber band to the front axle • Rewind the front axle • Set it up on the table, and release

  10. Safety • Safe Components • Rubber band is used for the mechanism which is safe to use • Springs for the missile is not strong enough to cause physical harm • Non toxic parts • Restrictions • Not for children under 6 • Small parts: choking hazard for infants and toddlers
