Případ 253. Muž 64 let, nádor ledviny byl tvořen dvěmi částicemi 2,4x2,2x1,0 a 2,5x1,9x1,5 cm. Na řezu byl uzel nehomogenního vzhledu, světle hnědé a žlutohnědé barvy, v centru s cípatým vazivovým ložiskem šedohnědé barvy. Racemáza (AMACR). Antimitochondriální antigen-MIA. Ultrastructure. ???.

  7. Imunohistochemie • AE1/AE3-83%, CK8-18-50%, CK7-33%, CK19-75%, EMA-58%, CD10-83%,vimentin-58%,parvalbumin-33%. • Proliferační aktivita Ki67 (MIB-1): 0 to 6 poz.buněk/ hpf(Olympus BX 40, Plan, 80x) • 100% pzitivita s protilátkou proti racemáze

  8. FISH: trizomie 7, 17

  9. Závěry • OPRCC se skládá z onkocytů • OPRCCmůže metastazovat (2/40 případů v našem registru) • OPRCCvykazuje trizomie chromozomů 7 a 17 a ztrátu chromozomu Y stejně jako ostatní typy papilárních RCC
