Ararat, Armenia. • It represents the partnership of Sylvia Tirakian, former Fiber Optics Engineer and James Tufenkian, founder of world-renowned Tufenkian Artisan Carpets and boutique hotels. • Offices: Great Neck, New York. Harvest Song SUN, SEED & SOIL • Harvest Song only uses 100 % Sun-ripen Grade A fruits grown 10,000 feet above the Sea level. • The fruits are nourished in Volcanic Soil of Mt Ararat, Armenia surrounded with Spring waters, direct Sun and thin air. • There are NO chemicals used in farming. • All packing is done during the harvest season ONLY. Each fruit is picked daily based on quality and ripeness. • The cannery is situated in the Ararat Valley, close to the growing fields • Minimal usage of knives are used. The fruits are kept as whole as possible and get separated during the slow cooking process, hence bringing out its natural fibers and maintaining its natural juice

At every visit to our farms during harvest, I have the pleasure of speaking to our farmers, listening and learning from them about farming. • During harvest picking one can hear farmers singing beautiful harvest melodies of praise and Thanksgiving started as old as the pagan period, our company name is dedicated to them and to all who is grateful to the generosity of the Sun
