Opening comments • Welcome to the TEMPEST EXPRESS-14 • I’m Bob Holub, Operations Manager for the MPAT Secretariat Office • If you have not registered yet please see me at the break. • Please keep strict accountability of your possessions at all time both in and out of the hotel workshop areas.

  3. Workshop Admin • Keep copy of passport on your person (make copy) and retain official passport in safe area in your personal items in your room. • Breakfast – for all participants is included in cost of your room. • Busses will be at your hotel to depart for Raffles at the following times in the morning. Phnom Penh 0800 and at 0820 Sunway 0810 and at 0830 Departure from the Raffles will be at the end of the day’s session. • Lunch at Raffles– for all participants, is included as part of the meeting package

  4. Workshop Admin Continued … • Fire Evacuation Muster Point is across the street from the main entrance to the Raffles hotel. • There is a $25.00 departure fee from Phnom Penh International Airport so please plan ahead.
