  3. 制备操作要点 ·制软材 加入适量的水、醇 充分混合 软材 药物+辅料 或粘合剂 混合均匀 粘合剂或润湿剂 化学药物+ 稀释剂+崩解剂 软材 浸出 浓缩 测相对密度 加入辅料 中药材 稠膏 软材 粘合剂和润湿剂的用量以能制成适宜软材的最少量为原则，使制得的软材干湿适宜 注：手握成团，轻压即散

  4. ·制粒 小量生产，用手压或搓过筛网 大量生产，用制粒机，分湿法制粒和干 法制粒。 ·干燥 湿颗粒应及时干燥，避免粘结成块、条。 干燥温度为常压60～90℃，温度逐渐升高。 干燥时应定时翻动，不应堆积太厚 ·整粒 在包装前筛去过粗(一号药筛)或过细(五号药筛)的颗粒的过程 ·包装 应选用质地较厚的塑料薄膜袋或铝塑包装。 常用薄膜包衣。达到稳定、缓控释、肠溶的目的。
