HAVE THEIR OWN POINT OF REFERENCE • ARE EXPERTS IN THEIR OWN RIGHT – OFTEN IN THE FIELD OF EDUCATION • ALL HAVE CERTAIN PERCEIVED SOCIAL STATUS
Expectations of Your Community • Education Fraternal • Speak a language that we understand • Need more interaction • Churches • We need to fight the same battle (against evil forces) • Be a school not a church • Corporate World • Reform communities • Be innovative
